consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2026, to inquiry and cancel the forged patta issued by the 3rd respondent to and in favour of GoKul Hills, Partnership firm, rep by S.Vijayakumar S/o.Subramanian, M.Kannan, S/o.Late Muthusamy, and changed the patta to their names and they obtain patta, vide patta Nos.1872 and patta 2904 to cancel the patta and issue patta in the name of petitioner in the properties are situated at Rangopanditha Agraharam (vill), Hosur Taluk, Kishangiri District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her representation, dated 14.03.2026, seeking cancellation of the pattas standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 4 to 6 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with by this Court. Page No.2 of 6
3. The petitioner had given a representation to the 2nd respondent on 14.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the said representation has not been considered, till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the respondents 4 to 6 and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2026.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 14.03.2026 seeking cancellation of pattas standing in the name of the respondents 4 to 6 in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the Page No.3 of 6
supporting documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 4 to 6 and any other party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
