ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to remove and demolish the illegal structure put up by the 6 th respondent, who is running a car wash shop, based on the assurance given by the 1 st respondent in the proceedings pending on the file of the 7 th respondent dated 25.04.2022 and further direct the respondents 2, 3 and 4 to remove the illegal electricity connection given to the 5 th respondent.

Heard Mr.C.S.Jeya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.G.Velu, learned Additional Government Pleader for 1 st respondent and Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing counsel for Respondents 2 to 4. 3.

In the considered view of this Court, there is a private dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 and 6. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the 1 st respondent gave an assurance before the 7 th respondent that the issue will be resolved amicably and inspite of the same, no action has been taken.

This Court was not inclined to entertain the writ petition since the writ petition cannot be converted into resolving private disputes between the

parties. When this Court expressed its mind, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will work out his remedy before the 7 th respondent.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
