2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no. 7(c) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3347 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 29-04-2025 dpa To The Inspector of Police, Panruti Police Station, Cuddalore.
