ORDER

Since the petitioner has filed Civil Suit in O.S.No.127 of 2025 before the District Munsif Court, Sirkazhi for recovery of possession and other reliefs, this Court advised the petitioner to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the petitioner has made an endorsement to withdraw the present petition in the case bundle.
