It has been represented by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the prayer of the petitioner has been considered and proceedings has been issued. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Rc.No.Estt.I(1)5357/2016; R.O.No.119/2016 dated 06.06.2016 issued by the Additional Director General of Police, Armed Police, Chennai-10, to that effect.
2.Recording the above, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
3.If there are any other claims relating to this matter, the petitioner may place the same before the authorities concerned, and the same shall be considered by the authorities in accordance with law.
