2. As already the respondents/insolvents have been declared as an insolvent in I.P.No.29 of 2023 vide order dated 03.11.2023. These Insolvency Petitions are therefore closed with liberty to the respective petitioners to file their respective claim statement before the Official Assignee and to take steps to restore these Insolvency Petitions, in case, the order dated 03.11.2023 passed in I.P.No.29 of 2023 is recalled at a later point of time.
