(Order of the Court was made by DKKJ) This petition has been filed by one Mr.V.K.Vasudevan, who is the reallottee of the property, to implead himself as a party/6th respondent in the writ appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Housing Board has no objection to allow the petition.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
