Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus or any other order in the nature of writ forbearing the respondents 2 to 4 from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment and demolishing the existing sheet house carrying on any construction of anganwadi school or any other building in the petitioner's Plot No.127 measuring 2 cents Survey No.16/3A1, Anna Nagar, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

A very similar writ petition with the very same averments seeking for the very same relief was filed in W.P.No.7564 of 2023 and this Court dismissed the writ petition by an order dated 20.04.2023. The present writ petition is nothing but an abuse of process of Court and after the earlier writ petition was dismissed, the present writ petition has been filed by a different person. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he was not aware about the earlier writ petition filed and he filed the present writ petition based on the instructions given by the petitioner. 2.This Court finds that there are absolutely no merits in this writ petition and it is an abuse of process of Count and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
