ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ petition arises out of the property dispute between the petitioner on one hand and respondent No.6 on the other hand alleging against each other, encroachment of Government Hospital land situated in S.No.611/10 and public street in S.No.610/5A situated in Ganapathpalyam village, Erode District.

2. We direct the Tahsildar/respondent No.5 to cause an inspection of the area within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order and if any, encroachment is found, to take action in accordance with law and conclude the same within a maximum period of three months' thereafter.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
