Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Learned Principal Sessions for NDPS ACT CASES at Chennai, once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6640 of 2022 dated 23.03.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.C. PAUL KANAGARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.6640 of 2022 on 23.03.2022 to report before the learned Principal Sessions Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Chennai, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
