In a proposed suit seeking declaration, damages and for a permanent injunctive reliefs the intending plaintiffs seeks for joinder of cause of action in C.S.DR.No.92276 of 2024 before this Court.

interested in the suit arose within the jurisdiction of this Court and requested this Court to allow the present application.

4.Upon considering the above submissions and examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this Application and taking into consideration that the plaintiffs are jointly interested and seeking same relief under similar cause of action falling within the jurisdiction of this Court and being satisfied with the same, the A.No.2032 of 2025 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to join the cause of action and permit the plaintiffs to prosecute their releifs jointly in the present suit before this Court.
