This appeal is preferred by the appellant insurance company as against the judgment and decree dated 01.12.2020 in MACT.OP.No.585 of 2017, on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Additional District and Sessions Court, Cuddalore present at Vridhachalam.
2.The learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil miscellaneous appeal and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant Insurance company, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
