ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3176 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.206 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., pending appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is seen that while suspending sentence, this Court by an order dated 25.06.2024, imposed condition in Crl.M.P.No.3176 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.206 of 2024, thereby directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. To relax the said condition, the petitioner filed the present petition.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that so far, the petitioner did not comply the condition imposed by this Court, after enlarging on bail.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court finds no
grounds to relax the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
