ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to give direction against the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners and their family members without conducting proper enquiry or complaint received against the petitioners and their family members.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the respondents are calling the petitioners frequently based on the complaint lodged by one S.Lokesh Moorthy and under the guise of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation the respondent is harassing the petitioners and thus prayed for appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one S.Lokesh Moorthy has given complaint as against these petitioners and based on the said complaint the respondents called the petitioners for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry only, the petitioners have filed this petition.

4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order:

(i) The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the enquiry. (ii) The respondents police are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioners.
