The petition has been filed to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry on the representation given by the petitioners dated 08.04.2023 and order to forbear the respondents 6 to 8 from installing Perumal and other idols in the Bajanai Koil (Mutt) situated in S.No.702, Kalmelkuppam Revenue Village, Vilvanathapuram, Walaja Taluk, Ranipet District and to register the FIR against the respondents 6 to 8 and provide police protection to the Bajanai Madam (Mutt) till the issue solved by the respondents 1 to 5.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the matter has been settled between the parties and therefore nothing

survives in the writ petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 14.02.2025 Index : Yes/No.

Today the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 8.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 8 has brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 14.02.2025 in W.P.No.14899 of 2023, the appearance portion of the respondents 6 to 8 was erroneously omitted, though the counsel had appeared before this Court.

3. Accepting the submissions of the learned counsel for the respondents 6 to 8 , the appearance portion of the respondents 6 to 8 in the order dated 14.02.2025 shall be amended to read as "Mr.R.Anandha Babu".

4. In all other aspects, the order dated dated 14.02.2025 in W.P.No.14899 of 2023 shall remain unaltered.
