Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and recording the no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to restore the Second Appeal and list the same after two weeks.
