ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6296 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Page No.1 of 4
Namakkal and report before the Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6296 of 2025 dated 06.03.2025 is relaxed.
