Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 248 days is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the Review Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission on 31.07.2024 at 2.15 p.m.

When the matter is posted for admission, the name of Ms.Sunitha and Ms.Pavithra shall be printed in the cause list for R1.
