3 THE ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR GENERAL-1 (SOUTHERN REGION) PRASAR BHARATHI ALL INDIA RADIO COMPLEX KAMARAJ SALAI, MYLAPORE CHENNAI-4 [ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in issuing the Rate of Advertisement for the period commencing from April 2013 wherein they have discriminately fixed 10% incentive for the Casual Commercial Canvassers under Clause 5 Part V of the Advertisement as against 15% commission annual incentive for the Registered Agents and Accredited Agents and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix and pay the Canvassers/ petitioner the same commissions incentives and other benefits as provided for Registered Agents and Accredited Agents in the Rate of Advertisement for April 2013 onwards and treat the Canvassers equally along with a for Registered Agents and Accredited Agents for the job of procuring advertisements.
