Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the order of Anticipatory Bail passed in Crl.O.P.No.10265/ 2022 on 29.04.2022 in Crime No.37/2021 which is pending on the file of the Respondent Police.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 29.04.2022 in Crl.OP.No.10265 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10265 of 2022 dated 29.04.2022 is extended till 24.06.2022, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. No further extension will be granted.
