The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file the final report in FIR No.51 of 2015 dated 04.02.2015 and take appropriate action against the culprits who has committed fraud by creating documents and appropriate action may be taken based https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the above complaint against the accused persons in accordance with law.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Mr.Mohankumar and Mrs.Bhavika Jain.

Based on the said complaint, the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.51 of 2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 r/w 120(B) IPC. But there is no progress in the investigation of the said case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent police is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.51 of 2015 pending on his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
