The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 23.06.2015 in Petition No.1083/2015 to measure the subject property, fix boundary and issue Patta in his favour. 2.

According to the petitioner, he is the sole and absolute owner of the property in Survey No.376/1A (part), New Survey Nos.376/9 & 376/8 of Selaiyur Village, Vedachalam Nagar, Tambaram Taluk, being Plot Nos.2 and 3, measuring a total extent of 2170 sq. ft. On 23.06.2015, the petitioner applied for Patta before the respondent in Petition No.1083/2015. Despite several reminders, since no reply is forthcoming from the respondent, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.06.2015 in Petition No.1083/2015 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
