In view of the clear statement made in paragraph 10 of the affidavit to the effect that the petitioner had the benefit of injunction in O.A.No.1272 of 2010 in C.S.No.996 of 2010 (transferred and numbered as O.S.No.8368 of 2019) till disposal of the said suit, the order of injunction already granted is made absolute.
