ORDER
Heard Mr.K.Elango, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken for disposal at the admission stage.
2.The petitioner seeks for the relief of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2014 and 22.12.2014 to survey the petitioner's property situated at T.S.No.50/4, Block No.1, Door No.7/1, Kannagi Street, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Visalatchi Nagar, Ekkatuthangal, Chennai - 600 032 bearing patta No.318/84/85 admeasuring two grounds 377 sq.ft. 3.On an earlier occasion, when the case came up for hearing, the matter was adjourned to today to enable the petitioner to produce patta issued in favour of him. As per the said direction, the patta has not been produced.
4.Since, the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2014 is pending, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to produce patta before the second respondent, along with a copy of this order. If such patta is produced by the petitioner, then, the second respondent shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2014, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the other persons who are likely to be aggrieved and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
