ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court to seek for cancellation of Doc. No.2494 of 2006 and

the consequent registered documents.

2. Since the contentions of the petitioner as raised in this writ petition will require the petitioner to let in oral and documentary evidence, necessarily, the relief sought for by the petitioner can be obtained only from the Civil Court and not through this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for cancellation of the Doc. No.2494 of 2006 and the consequent registered documents, which are detrimental to the petitioner's interest. No Costs.
