The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to grant permission and protection to conduct Music Program in the Sri Vembuli Amman Temple situated at Sri Vempuli Amman Thirukovil, Arni Town, Arni, Thiruvannamalai District scheduled to be held on 22.7.2017 from 6.00 pm to 11.00 pm.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the respondent on 15.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 22.07.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017, by order dated 03.03.2017, in similar circumstances, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same. 4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 17.07.2017.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
