ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.5(iii) i.e., "on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the said Court on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10:30 a.m. until further orders" imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2557 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.248 of 2017 vide order, dated 26.11.2024.

2. Upon considering the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is travelling from Chittoor district and considering the age of the petitioner, being 69 years and also the opposition made on behalf of the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the condition is relaxed as once in three months starting from the month of July, 2025. After this July, 2025, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court in October, 2025 and so on and soforth.

3. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 3/6
