Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the plaintiffs.

The learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that on the date of the Order on 01.12.2020 in C.S.No.334 of 2019, learned counsel Mr.P.V.Balasubramaniam, appeared for the plaintiffs 1 to 3, Ms.N.Malathi, for M/s.Thanjai P.N.Chezian appeared for the fourth plaintiff and Mr.Arvind Pandian (SC) for Mr.S.V.Pravin Rathinam appeared for the defendant and the above appearance has to be incorporated in the Order dated 01.12.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs further submitted that in the Order of this Court dated 01.12.2019, in second line of para 4 of the order, "except the Secretary" has to be deleted. In the next sentence, instead of 'other office bearers', it has to be mentioned as 'office bearers'. In the same para in the last sentence, the year has to be changed as 2017 instead of 2015. In para 5 of the Order, in the first line, instead of 'respondent' it has to be mentioned as 'applicants/plaintiffs'. Likewise, in the fifth line of para 6, instead of 'after the year 2018' it has to be mentioned as 31.05.2018. Similarly, in paragraph 8, the date of election has been wrongly mentioned as 31.12.2020 instead of 31.03.2021 and the same requires to be rectified.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, in the Order dated 01.12.2020 in C.S.No.334 of 2019, the registry is directed to carry out the above corrections and also mark the appearance of the counsels correctly and issue fresh Order copy.
