Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 124 day in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.57961 of 2025 seeking enhancement of compensation.

2. The name of the Respondent-2 is printed in the cause list. But there is no representation for the Respondent-2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-4, Mr. P.Suresh Srinivasan present in Court.

3. The learned Counsel for Respondent4 has no objection in condonation of delay of 124 days.

4. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.9653 of 2025 is allowed on condition that the Appellant is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 124 days.
