Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition No.(c) that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police everyday at 10.30 am until further orders, imposed in the order dated 27.04.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.9666 of 2022 on the file of this Hon`ble Court andthus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.R ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.9666 of 2022 on 27.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. -sd/- 15/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
