ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for records in Crime No.370 of 2012 pending on the file of the 1st respondent to quash the same in view of the compromise entered into both parties.

2.The defacto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court. They were identified by their respective counsel on record and by the investigating officer. They have entered into a compromise memo dated 30.05.2022 stating they have settled the dispute amicably between them voluntarily. From the above, it is crystal clear that the parties have no interest to prosecute the case.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the F.I.R. filed against the petitioner in Crime No.370 of 2012 for the offence under Section 294(b), 323, 427, 506(ii) I.P.C. is already been closed as per the Lok Adalat settlement award dated 12.03.2022 and there is no further proceedings in this case.

4.Recording the above submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original petition stands allowed and criminal case is quashed.
