Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 18.10.2016 to the Registry seeking permission of this Court to post the above writ petition for withdrawal. The matter is listed today under the heading for withdrawal. When the matter is taken up today, a similar request is made before this Court and an endorsement to that effect has also been made. 2.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
