Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to intimate the dues payable by the petitioner as per the records maintained by the respondent and also to intimate the quantum due as per court orders vis-a-vis the petitioner's house and to fix a date for registration of sale deed, upon the petitioner effecting payment to the satisfaction of the respondent. ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anandamurthy, the learned standing counsel, who took notice for the respondent, and also perused the available records.

2. The relief sought for is very limited that the amount payable by the petitioner has to be quantified and communicated to him by the respondent and on which basis the petitioner could proceed with further.

3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent also conceded that the representation of the petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed quantifying the actual quantum to be paid by the petitioner within a week's time.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer, this court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2015 sent through his Advocate and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner forthwith.

5. The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
