2.The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation in C.C.No.254 of 2012, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nagore Police Station, Nagapattinam District to the file of CBCID, Nagapattinam District.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, contended that in the instant case a final report was filed in S.C.No.42 of 2014 and after conclusion of the trial the petitioner herein was acquitted by the Sessions Judge (Fast https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Track Court) on 07.03.2017. He further submitted that the appeal in Crl.A.No.253 of 2017 was also dismissed on 31.01.2018 by this Court.

3.In the facts and circumstances of the present case, nothing survives for further adjudication and therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
