O.P.No.386 of 2020 P.T.ASHA, J., The respondent has filed a counter, in which, he has made the following submissions:

"Hence, I have no objection in this Court appointing the petitioner Dr.V.Sangeetha, as guardian of the person of the minor child D.Eshanth born on 09.01.2013, and to grant permanent custody of the minor D.Eshanth born 09.01.2013 to the petitioner herein interest and welfare of the minor. I do hereby my full consent for the same. This affidavit may be taken as my submitting a decree."
