Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in para No.6 (a) of Crl.O.P.No.762 of 2022 vide order dated 12.01.2022 that the petitioner hass to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the Registered Advocate Clerk's Association Salem and shall produce the said receipt before the court below. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KALYANASUNDARAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondentsthe court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) to the Registered Advocate Clerk's Association, Salem and produce the receipt of the same at the time of executing sureties, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.762 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the stolen vehicle has been recovered from co-accused and the petitioner is never involved in the alleged occurrence. He further submitted that the petitioner is poor and he is not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, the present modification petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, reason is justifiable, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only)) to the Registered Advocate Clerk's Association, Salem and produce the receipt of the same at the time of executing sureties.
