Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the notice of the impugned order issued by the Thasildhar, Poonamallee, Thiruvallur District, the 2nd respondent under Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act III 1905 order dated 10.08.2015 against the petitioners land, but which was wrongly issued on the name of one D.Maheswaran, S/o.Deivasigamani, Koladi Road, M.G.R. Nagar, Paruththipattu, Poonamallee Taluk, Thiruvallur District, the 4th respondent, quash the same and direct 1 to 3 respondents not to evict the petitioner from the land and superstructure of extention about 001.0 hectare vide survey No.535 situated in Paruththipattu Village, Avadi Revenue Firka, Poonamalee Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief. No costs.
