ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2023 and to take appropriate steps to survey the petitioner lands in survey No.233, 1.05 Acres and Survey No.234, 0.32 acres, A total of 1.37 acres of Velambadi Village, Aravakurichi Taluk in Karur District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 22.09.2023 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 4 & 5 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the petitioner's lands, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
