Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to implement the revision of pay to the petitioner working as Multi Purpose Rehabilitation Aide as per the G.O.Ms.No.296 dated 26.08.2010 on par with the Leprosy Physiotherapist/ Physiotherapy Technician working in the Different Abled Welfare Department.
