The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the petition had been filed to condone the delay of 263 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.57979 of 2025.

2. Learned Counsel for Respondents 2 and 3 present in Court and has no objection provided that the interest for the period of delay of 263 days is waived.

3. Accordingly, this Petition is allowed on condition that the Petitioner is not entitled to claim interest for the period of delay of 263 days and the delay of 263 days is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the Appeal if it is otherwise in order.
