CRIME NO.549 PF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition i.e. the Petitioner shall appear monthly once before the Trial Court, until further orders imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24167/2021 ordered on 19.01.2022 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.U.KATHIRAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.322 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24167 of 2021 on 19.01.2022 to appear monthly once before the trial Court until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all further hearing dates.
