ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 19.1.2024 and reminder representation 31.01.2024 for conducting survey and demarcation of the boundaries in 1/4

Survey Numbers 428/5,6 of a total extent of 3000 square feet situated at U.Keeranur Village, Ulundurpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 19.01.2024 with a request for surveying and demarcing the property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for surveying and demarcating the lands, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months 2/4

from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
