Mr. Elumalai, learned Additional Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the respondent has already passed an order on 17.09.2020 rejecting the claim made by the petitioner. A copy of the order was already circulated through e-mail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is yet to receive any orders from the respondent.
