A.No.2434 of 2025 in C.S.No.342 of 2014 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.

This application has been filed by the 1st to 5th defendants seeking permission to produce five further documents. The said documents have been listed out in the Judges Summons and they are pleadings and judgment in O.S.No.460 of 2015 and death certificate of K.R.Kasthuri and FIR dated 21.11.2012.

2.In the affidavit filed in support of the Judges Summons, it had been stated that these documents are required to establish the case of the applicants. It had been stated that O.S.No.460 of 2015 was pending on the file of the II Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai and pleadings in that particular suit are required to be examined by this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondents also. 4.The learned counsel for the applicants stated that he had been able to obtain certified copies of documents 1, 2, 3 and 5. 5.In view of that particular fact, this Application stands allowed.
