Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to make measurement and to fix the boundaries in respect of the R.S.No.247/2,8 measuring 1.90 acres of land in Anthiyur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District pursuant to the representation dated 07.09.2017.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said request has not been considered so far even though she has paid necessary fees for the said purpose. Therefore, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.09.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
