CMP Nos.10716 & 10719 of 2021 in CMA SR Nos.58657 & 58649 of 2021 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J., These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 68 and 75 days respectively in filing the above appeals.

2. The notice has been served on both the parties.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 68 and 75 days respectively are condoned, subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 68 and 75 days respectively.

5. CMP Nos.10716 & 10719 of 2021 are ordered, accordingly.

6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if they are otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

7. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondents counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
