ORDER

(1) The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.3944/2021 dated 24.06.2021 by the Court of Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai [VIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai]. (2) Heared Mr.A.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/CBI who would submit that the petitioner is seeking relaxation for the third time and he has been complying with the earlier conditions promptly.

(3) Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands ordered and the condition imposed earlier, is modified to the extent that the petitioner may appear as and when required by the Investigating Officer. Such condition shall continue till the Final Report is filed and thereafter, the petitioner's appearance is to be directed by the competent Court where the Final Report is filed. The accused is to be subject to such directions.
