This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para No.9 [b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by the order of this Court dated 03.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2472 of 2025.
2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.
4.Considering the submissions made on either side and finding that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions diligently, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., is totally relaxed.
