ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294 (b), 392, 397 and 506 (2) of I.P.C, in Crime No.163 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.04.2022 at about 2.30 p.m. the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed Rs.3500/- from his pocket. Hence, the complaint was registered as against the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had robbed Rs.3500/- from the defacto complainant. He also submitted that the petitioner is having 14 previous cases as against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by the learned counsels, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 16/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
