By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that he is repeatedly transferred to various places throughout Tamil Nadu on account of the fact that he has exposed certain illegal activities of some of the officials and has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned order of transfer dated 03.08.2015. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief of quashment of the impugned order, it would be suffice to permit him to submit a detail representation to the respondents as well as to the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers' Federation Limited praying for revoking the order of transfer dated 03.08.2015 and to dispose of the Permission Petition dated 13.06.2015. 4.
This Court also heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, Mr.T.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent and Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent.
5.This Court taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, permits the petitioner to submit a representation to the second respondent as well as to the Chairman of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers' Federation Limited praying for revoking the order of transfer dated 03.08.2015 and to dispose of the Permission Petition dated 13.06.2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the second respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
